PGA is a project management and controls practice working on industrial capital projects and turnarounds, based in the greater Houston area. We specialise in providing customised solutions that help project organisations optimise operations, streamline process, and hit the objectives they committed to.
Our team brings estimating, cost engineering, planning and commissioning experience to each engagement, and we are equally comfortable in the field data and in the finance model. That combination is deliberate: the gap between what the field has actually built and what the ledger has actually paid for is where projects quietly lose money.
We would rather deliver an uncomfortable forecast in month four than a defensible one in month eleven.
